Rockchip RK3308 is a cutting-edge, quad-core processor tailored for advanced voice recognition, audio I/O processing, and various multimedia digital applications. It features a comprehensive suite of integrated audio interfaces such as I2S, PCM, TDM, PDM, SPDIF, HDMI ARC, among others, facilitating diverse audio development needs while simplifying hardware design and reducing costs.
The processor includes an embedded Voice Activity Detection (VAD) system that continuously monitors for human speech, enabling quick and accurate responses to voice commands. This supports efficient voice interaction applications and helps in lowering power consumption, thereby extending battery life. Additionally, RK3308 supports high-speed external memory connections (DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2) capable of handling intensive memory bandwidth demands.
